The NXMK-III Circuit Breaker Simulation Device is primarily designed for comprehensive testing of relay protection systems and serves as a substitute for actual circuit breakers in various testing scenarios. It functions as an essential replacement equipment during transmission tests for integrated switchgear systems in relay protection and automation systems. Featuring precise and reliable operation with unlimited actuation cycles, this device significantly enhances test accuracy and completeness while minimizing actual breaker operations to maximize service life. The simulation system can be used either as an integrated component with relay protection calibration equipment or as standalone units. Particularly in newly constructed power plants and substations where high-voltage circuit breakers require calibration or DC power supply installation, this device ensures test reliability free from external interference, effectively reducing commissioning time and improving operational efficiency. Its application proves highly cost-effective for manufacturers and research institutions. Additional configurations can be customized according to specific operational requirements.

2.Main Features

1)Provide a fully isolated DC adjustable power supply with an output voltage display head;

2)Simultaneously provide three-component combination and switch coil;

3)Includes manual closing and opening function;

4)The resistance value of the closing and opening coils can be adjusted in multiple levels;

5)The opening and closing time for circuit breaker operations can be selected across multiple time slots.

6)Equipped with multiple output channels for open contacts at various closing and opening positions;

7)Equipped with multiple output nodes for opening/closing pulse signals

8)The microcontroller-based microcomputer control system supports intelligent upgrades to meet diverse operational requirements.

3.Key technical parameters

1) Operating power supply voltage: AC220V ±10% 50Hz, with operating current below 0.5A.

2) Trip quantity node: The breaker position output contacts consist of 3 pairs, which are mutually independent. They are divided into two groups, corresponding to the breaker tripping coils.

3) Circuit breaker closing/closing time: Adjustable within 10ms to 1000ms range, with an allowable error of ±5ms.

4) Opening/closing current (coil resistance): ∞Ω, 880Ω,440Ω,220Ω,110Ω,44Ω.

5) Manual operation: When operating via the "Manual Close" and "Manual Open" buttons on the touchscreen, no current flows through the opening/closing coils of the circuit breaker simulation device.

6) Output node: Connection capacity: DC220V/0.5A, AC220V/5A.

7) Circuit breaker pulse output: Provides three sets of 500ms switch signal outputs.

8) The opening and closing currents are 0A,0.25A,0.5A,1A,2A, and 5A respectively. When the tripping/closing pulse voltage is 110V, the corresponding opening/closing currents are 0A,0.125A,0.25A,0.5A,1A, and 2.5A respectively.
