NX-1000D Fuse Tester (Power Amplifier Type)
The NX-1000D fuse tester is designed for high-voltage fuse testing, featuring a maximum fuse current of 4000A. It records breaking time and utilizes Advantech board technology to document the entire fuse interruption process.
1) Single-phase fuse test:
Designed for testing the arc-preparation time-current characteristics of high-voltage fuse blowouts, featuring a maximum breaking current of 1000A with 0.1-second interruption time recording. The NI board captures the fuse blowing process (current waveform variations) to analyze the interruption mechanism.
2) Loop length:
The device delivers a 1000A instantaneous current output, with the fuse holder directly mounted at the current output terminal. Its internal architecture features a linear power amplifier circuit, eliminating the need for traditional voltage regulators and current boosters, as well as connection to current attenuation deceleration devices. This design ensures output current stability unaffected by load variations, thereby enhancing current output precision and initial current stability.
3) The current output is digitally set and output. An all-in-one machine controls automatic report printing with display of fuse curve!
