2. Structural Characteristics and Working Principle

2.1 Basic Principles

This testing instrument employs a standard four-wire measurement method to enhance measurement accuracy, particularly for low-resistance components. The core measurement circuit consists of a programmable constant current source, programmable preamplifier, and A/D converter. The central control unit regulates the constant current source to deliver a stable, high-precision current to the external load under test. Subsequently, the acquired data—including test voltage and current values—is processed to determine the actual resistance measurement.
