NX6630 Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester,the interface adopts the internationally recognized protocol to facilitate communication with various test devices, while also detecting the communication protocols of the tested equipment.


Introduction: The testing device enables programmable detection for low-voltage switchgear, distribution equipment, cable trays, and bridge structures. Featuring multiple inspection programs developed in compliance with national standards, it allows one-touch control throughout the entire testing process after parameter input. Users simply connect the test lines as required, press the programmable detection button, and the device automatically applies rated current and voltage. It then sequentially performs all required tests according to national specifications: ground resistance insulation checks, voltage withstand tests, electromechanical protection device evaluations under simulated power supply conditions, response time measurements, phase loss overvoltage tests, switch operation time analysis, transformer protection environment simulations, and result verification. All test data is displayed, stored, and printed immediately.

2. Item-by-item testing:
1) Metering accuracy testing for electricity meters: The device enables comprehensive testing of all meter functions in compliance with national standards. 2) Measurement of various electrical parameters including voltage, current, active power, reactive power, frequency, power factor, and harmonic content.

3) Remote control operation testing (time from command issuance to relay closure). 4) Remote signal detection (transmitter status change and timing measurement).

4) Overvoltage/undervoltage protection testing.

5) Temperature monitoring and gas sensor detection.

6) Overcurrent and grounding current protection monitoring.

7) Analog test for switch signal status changes.

8) Sub-item testing for all programmable control functions.
3. Display function: This device features an 8-inch color LCD touchscreen with a graphical user interface that is simple and easy to learn, along with menu-based help documentation.
4. Automatic data entry function: The prenatal examination equipment can be automatically recognized and equipped with memory capabilities. Users only need to input the model number, and the device will automatically record the parameters. Relevant test data can be stored long-term according to user requirements.

5. Communication functions: Equipped with Ethernet ports, infrared communication ports, RS485 interfaces, RS232 interfaces, GPRS, CAN, carrier wave, and Bluetooth interfaces. The interfaces adopt internationally recognized standard protocols to facilitate communication with various test devices, and the communication protocols of the test devices are also detected.
