The testing device is capable of performing programmable inspections on low-voltage switchgear, distribution equipment, overhead lines, and bridge structures. Equipped with multiple inspection programs developed in compliance with national standards, it enables one-touch control throughout the entire testing process after parameter input. Users simply connect the test lines as required and press the programmable detection button. The device automatically applies rated current and voltage levels, then sequentially conducts all required tests according to national standards: ground resistance and insulation testing, voltage withstand capability evaluation, electromechanical protection device performance under simulated power supply conditions, response time measurement, phase loss overvoltage and voltage loss tests, switch operation time analysis, transformer protection environment simulation, and result verification. All test data is displayed, stored, and printed for easy reference.

The interfaces adopt internationally recognized standard protocols to facilitate communication with various test devices, and the communication protocols of the test devices are also detected.
