The NX-100KH series Constant Current Generator (abbreviated as current booster) is a testing equipment independently developed by our company in the second half of 2014, integrating German advanced modules with proprietary technologies. Utilizing numerical control technology, it demonstrates exceptional interference resistance. Compared to previous generations, this model replaces low-power, high-capacity autotransformer voltage regulators with hardware upgrades featuring IGBT transistors and high-permeability iron cores. Through innovative technologies including SPWM synthesis, inverter conversion, PID control, measurement feedback, and software compensation, it delivers constant current output with advantages such as high power capacity, compact size, lightweight design, superior waveform quality, stable performance, and rapid response. Primarily used for testing thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, fuses, air switches, switchgear, and protection panels, it also performs primary busbar protection testing and ratio calibration for current transformers. Widely applicable for temperature rise constant current experiments, this equipment is extensively employed in research, production, and electrical testing scenarios across power generation, railway systems, petrochemical plants, metallurgical facilities, and mining operations.
