System Purpose
The system is used to test the DC resistance, temperature rise, and thermal cycling characteristics of line hardware, with reference standards: GB/T 9327, GB/T 2317.3, GB/T 2317.4, and IEC 61284.

Equipped with full functionality of the Qingdao Naxinxiangyuan 3000A fully automatic high-current generator; typical test layout diagram
The typical loop length is 16 meters.

1. Features dual control modes for temperature regulation and current management, selectable as required;
2. Capable of performing DC resistance, temperature rise, and thermal cycling tests per specified standards;
3. Automatic circuit switching enables at least 5-stage DC resistance testing (layout shown in figure);
4. Temperature measurement supports up to 18 channels (layout shown in figure); 5. Provides real-time current, voltage, and phase difference measurements.
