This high-current source is specifically designed for substation primary column insertion tests, fault simulation in power system primary measurements, integration of primary-secondary detection equipment applications, and comprehensive test platform construction. It can also be utilized for thermal relay calibration, motor protector testing, contactor inspection, circuit breaker verification, air switch calibration, switchgear inspection, protection panel verification, as well as calibration of high-current clamp meters, shunt devices, current transformers, and high-current AC standard meters. Additionally, it serves as a reliable aging test solution for high-current cables and other high-current equipment. With a maximum output current of 1000A per unit, this system will effectively replace traditional high-current generators and voltage generators, making it an ideal choice for scientific research, production processes, and electrical testing applications in power plants, railway systems, petrochemical facilities, metallurgical plants, and mining operations.

The NX-303XL standard current source adopts a modular design philosophy, featuring a STM32 microprocessor as the main control unit. By integrating advanced technologies such as resonant soft-switching and digital power amplifier technology, it significantly reduces internal component power consumption, enhances overall output efficiency, and minimizes device size and weight. The three-phase standard source module can generate three-phase power frequency voltage and current signals with adjustable amplitude, adjustable phase, adjustable frequency, and stable power.

The new three-phase AC current standard source can measure the ratio difference and angular difference of voltage sensors, current sensors, zero-sequence voltage sensors, and zero-sequence current sensors in 10KV high-voltage switches that comply with primary-secondary integration specifications. It also enables error calibration for various primary-secondary integration switch controllers, DTUs, FTUs, distribution terminals, line fault indicators, and power extraction devices.In addition, this device is capable of testing and calibration for various power measurement instruments including electricity meters, voltmeters, ammeters, phase meters, and frequency meters. It also performs calibration for electrical sensors such as instrument voltage transformers, current transformers, and clamp-on current transformers, as well as power transmitters including voltage transmitters, current transmitters, and frequency transmitters. Furthermore, it supports testing and calibration of power data acquisition systems, on-site electricity meter calibration devices, power parameter testers, voltage monitors, distribution load monitors, multifunctional power meters, load management terminals, voltage/current loss timers, and distribution automation terminals.

 Main Functions and Features

Voltage, current, phase, angle, and frequency are all high-precision, high-stability standard signal outputs with software closed-loop control and high-accuracy output.

For on-site convenience, three single-phase units can be combined for three-phase output testing, or operated independently as standalone single-phase power sources.

1、Adjustment of voltage, current, and phase can be performed simultaneously on three phases or any single phase.

2、The phase angles between three-phase voltages, as well as between each phase voltage and current, can be adjusted within a full 360-degree range.

3、The system supports four output configurations: three-phase four-wire or three-phase three-wire, with either forward or reverse phase sequence, allowing flexible combinations.

4、The touchscreen provides clear visual presentation. Common test points for voltage and current are available, enabling one-click operation for convenient and efficient handling.

5、The unique 'click-to-type' feature significantly simplifies the operation process.

6、It can simultaneously measure and display the ratio difference and angle difference of three-phase current transformers and zero-sequence current transformers.

7、The secondary voltage and current of the current transformer, along with the primary voltage and current, can be displayed in a selectable format.

8、It can be paired with host computer communication software for full-system operation via the host computer, with open communication protocols.

9、When voltage short circuit, current open circuit, or wiring error occurs, the system can automatically stop output with accompanying audio-visual alarms.
